Darren Piper is the Founding Director of Universal Buyers Agents, bringing an in-depth understanding of the Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and Gold Coast property markets. With a career spanning both real estate sales and buyer advocacy, Darren’s philosophy is simple: long-term success in property comes from buying well, not merely relying on selling at the right time in the future.

Darren’s main focus is on leading the business strategically, guiding the Universal team, and ensuring every client benefits from the high standards, systems, and market insight the brand is known for. His deep market knowledge and industry experience continue to shape successful purchase outcomes across residential, investment, and commercial property.

Once a real estate agent himself, Darren developed a strong foundation in negotiation, understanding both sides of the transaction and ensuring buyers are never strong-armed by sellers. Attention to detail, honesty, and tenacity underpin everything he does and have contributed to building an exceptional team at Universal, along with a loyal base of repeat clients and strong media presence over many years.

Emma’s began her real estate journey selling property in the Inner Eastern suburbs of Brisbane. She quickly realised that working with buyers during a property transaction was extremely rewarding and so her passion for helping buyers purchase grew. 

Joining Universal Buyers Agents was an easy decision for Emma, she is dedicated to finding her clients ‘the best property, for the best possible price’ and will go above and beyond to do so. 

Driven by her passion for the industry, Emma accomplished her goal of purchasing a property before she turned 21 years old and wants to ensure her clients also achieve their property goals.
